Inspired by this temperature converter that I wrote several years ago in Visual Basic for
Microsoft Windows (urgh -- my unenlightened days) and which got on a PC
magazine cover CD, I decided to write a (better) version as one of my first
decent Perl/Tk programs for Linux.
So this is the result. The picture to the left is (obviously) a screenshot of
it.
